Very quaint hotel🙂‼ Clean and cozy room. Very good breakfast and dinner, simple but with the possibility... to choose some Aosta Valley dishes. Small playground for children, open space with chairs and tables and the possibility of a stroll in the woods just behind the hotel. Friendly and smiling owners. We stopped at the hotel restaurant for a quick lunch, a 10 minute drive from Gressoney Saint Jean.The location is... welcoming and well cared for; instead there is work to be done on the service: the owner is hospitable, but the girl who served us hardly said a word (when asked where the toilet was, she answered with a nod of her head in the direction of it).The dishes offered are few in number with no vegetarian options. Very 80s, but there is everything. A reference for everyone in the area, for locals and foreigners. Ready for large... numbers, for overnight stays and at the table with catering. With their typically Nordic courtesy and hospitality, they know how to make you feel at ease. Strange a little agée, like the furnishings of the common areas, while remaining harmonious and not unpleasant. Generous breakfast. Kitchen ready to amaze in simplicity and frankness. I was a guest in this structure because I had a mountain race in Gressoney and I must say that I felt very comfortable... as the staff was very helpful and kind, so much so that on the morning of the competition there was the possibility to eat a slice of cake and also drink a coffee despite the morning time.The property is located on the road and can be convenient as a base for sleeping and touring the surrounding valley during the day. We stayed on July 2-3 my husband and I in this structure on the occasion of the Artemisia party in Gressoney. The hotel... is 1km from Gaby in a beautiful location and you can see it from the road. The structure is a bit dated but the staff is kind, clean rooms equipped with everything, abundant breakfast with sweet and savory, abundant dinner and good food at the price of 17 euros: first, second, vegetables, dessert and coffee.We had a great time and will definitely be back next year! I could not fail to review Fior di Roccia. Had lunch several times and I can say that the cuisine is 10 and praise.... From appetizer to dessert, everything is really good. And the price .... beyond belief. Very very kind staff. Super recommended.leggi di più
