This is a very cosy family run hotel. It has the traditional alpine furniture and traditional woodwork which is charming. The staff are very amiable and try to sort out any issues as promptly as possible. The meals are very substantial and are of local ingredients. The hotel provide a free minibus to take you and collect you from the slopes.... a real bonus.

A lovely place to stay, very welcoming and friendly people, rooms are excellent and have a courtesy coach to and from the lifts, would definitely stay here again.

Having read previous reviews we already knew what was to come but having stayed here ourselves everything exceeded our expectations. We arrived late evening and pre anticipated we would struggle to eat an evening meal on this night, when we landed I rang the hotel and explained our situation and with no questions asked the reception organised a plate each to be left out for us on arrival that evening. Car parking was free and no problem at all to find. Rooms were very spacious, beds were ultra comfy and the showers were very good. Spa was 5* , very clean and the lovely spa lady was always on hand to help with anything we needed. The Private shuttle bus was very handy and gave us the option of either the gondola or chairlift, adding to this Aldgo the hotel puppy helped the driver drop the guests off every day which added to a great family experience. Food yet again exceeded what we thought, very nice and different options every day from a full menu. On conclusion we have been coming to Cervinia for a couple of years and would certainly recommend this hotel, we will defiantly be re visiting next year.

Nice family owned hotel close to the city center of Cervinia. About 5 min. walk to the chairlift and 10 min. to the cabin. Just theoretically because there's a hotel own shuttle which brings you to any skilift wanted. Private parking space about 3 min. walk from the hotel. Rooms nice and clean, we had a pretty big (bedroom, living and bathroom) suite with mountain view. Wi-Fi OK with rare slow connections. Good dining / breakfast area. Pleasant bar area, living room like, with many couches and a fireplace. Perfect for a snack, or even a full meal at dinner, and a drink. Very nice, new, spa area with a Finnish Sauna, Turkish Bath, Whirlpool and resting beds. Very good sports massages additionally available. In the spa area existing changing room and luggage storage with the possibility to shower before heading back home on your last day after skiing. Top! Extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant team. Owners and their complete staff over the top! Even if not about the hotel some information about the ski area. Cervinia-Valtournanche and on the other side of Cervino / Matterhorn the Zermatt region (2019 just woned the best ski region in the world)! Both huge areas for skiing in the Alps. Both pretty variable, the Italian side is a little bit more left natural, while the Swiss part is perfectly groomed. So you can choose between a little bit of freeride feeling on the pist in Italy and sharp speed in Switzerland. The only fun breaker can be only the nature with some strong winds. Depends on their direction rather on the one or the other side of the Matterhorn area the lifts are closed. We had it 3 days out of seven where we couldn't get to the top (Plateau Rosa) and had to stay on the bottom part of Cervinia. But it was still fun and some good pists where open despite the strong wind (60 km/h). So if you love adventure you'll be maybe able to get some skiing through (milder) storms. Fun though! And definitely a different type of skiing than in the Dolomites where I was the last 3 years. In conclusion a must for ski and nature lovers!

Great staff and food, rooms a little small and cool, ask for either windows to be closed after cleaner leaves or heating to be turned up. Very nice steam room and perfect place for boot room.
