Spacious and equipped apartment. The false ceiling would need to be fixed due to various old infiltration stains. Structure with access for disabled people and they also accept dogs. The beach can be reached by lift and a few steps. The only disappointment was that my dog was not allowed on the beach (he could only stay under a gazebo in front of the bar) so I had to find a dog friendly beach.

Let me start by saying that friendliness is not their strong point. I had made a reservation for July and then due to a death in the family I no longer went. They didn't want to give me my deposit back and to avoid wasting the money we went at the end of August for 2 days. sympathy they don't even know what it means bathroom with mold on the walls indecent 1 umbrella 1 chair and 1 deckchair 26 euros per day these have gone crazy

I had a pleasant short stay at this residence.The location is excellent, a few steps from the main beach of Pietra Ligure and the lively evening walk along the seafront.There is convenient paid parking nearby, but you can also find a large free car park less than 200 meters away.The staff was very kind and helpful.The only negative note: the excessive presence of mosquitoes, probably due to the nearby stream, was rather annoying. Greater attention to disinfestation would be useful.

Very pleasant stay, it feels like being at home in the kitchen you find everything you need!!! Excellent location: you look out and you're on the beach and you're in the pedestrian area which is really convenient with children!! highly recommended!!

Leave the room, go down 4 steps and you are directly on the beach with 2 sunbeds and umbrella included. The owners are so friendly and helpful that you will have known them forever. Leave the hotel and in 100 meters you are in the pedestrian center on the right and on the left along the seafront. Bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias all within a few meters. I would say super recommended. A and the rooms all have at least 2 air conditioners without paying any extra charge. Already been there 2 times and the saying goes, there is no 2 without 3 and the 4 comes by itself😉

After spending a few days with my husband in October 23, I decided to book in June for a week of total relaxation with my daughters... what can I say!! Everything ok, perfect as I imagined it... My husband and I stayed for two nights in May with my two furry children and we had a great time. A lovely place and the kindness of the owners. We had such a good time that we immediately booked another holiday. Breathtaking view, private beach and apartment with everything you need. We couldn't have wished for anything better, all these comforts and such kind and helpful staff. ☺️☺️😍

Spacious room with a nice bathroom. Directly at the sea. Dogs allowed. Very nice, helpful hotel crew. There is still the classic night porter at reception, great. Price-performance is appropriate and fair.

We spent last weekend in this residence, top location because it is literally on the sea and at the beginning of the historic center of Pietra, the rooms are a little dated but equipped with everything you need, sea view from the terrace, wonderful!! Waking up and seeing the sea and hearing the sound of the waves is wonderful! Very kind staff, they gave us the room already in the morning! I advise!

Directly on the beach. Even if the structure is a little 'dated' ... the apartments are clean and tidy, equipped with everything. Friendly staff available to please the customer! Sea view to take your breath away!! Large and welcoming hall equipped with sofas and Wi-Fi available to customers. Advise !!!!

Was there with a tour group and can only say good things about the food, staff and rooms. Direct location on the beach, parking for cars right next to the hotel. As I am often in the area for work, I can only say that this hotel is one of the best in Pietra Ligurie in its class.

Very positive experience. I accompanied a friend with a disability who travels in a wheelchair. The room was accessible and adequate and where personalized arrangements were needed, the owner was very attentive, helpful and kind to find solutions that would make my friend as comfortable as possible. All the staff were really kind and accommodating. The apartment has a beautiful and large terrace a few tens of meters from the sea. From there a beautiful paved walk along the sea starts, which is very comfortable even for those traveling in a wheelchair. Advised!

Greetings,I have only given 3 stars mainly due to the convenient location, although similar to many other properties along the Pietra Ligure coast.The staff were often rude and clearly lacked the necessary skills. I have repeatedly tried to book an umbrella and two deckchairs only to hear the answer "we don't have any", which seems incredible considering that the beach is often uncrowded.The structure appears outdated and neglected, so much so that the upper floors have been closed due to structural problems. Also, I heard that an acquaintance had some of the plaster come off the wall above his bed.The prices charged seem in line with the typical rates in Liguria.

We are here again for the fourth time. The professionalism and availability of the managers and their staff make this 3-star residence a 4-star! We can't thank the (evil) weather but they can!! Whenever and how you come home!!

Very positive experience.Very clean apartment, equipped with every comfort and with a wonderful view.Gabriele and Manuela are two exquisite people, always attentive, very cordial and highly professional and competent.The beach is clean and accessible even to my mother who has walking problems.Even my little dog puts five stars!!What to say more?Everything top!

Excellent experience, clean mini apartment with all the comforts. Cozy beach with an excellent bar where during the day we took advantage of various offers (coffee, spritz and beer). Friendly and very helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

We booked this hotel but I would not recommend it. The staff was really very nice and tried hard to fulfill every wish. We arrived and several disappointments at once. There was wifi only on the ground floor at the reception but not in the rooms.A whole old yellow air conditioner was there but didn't work. So we were forced to keep the windows open at night to have a draft, the whole family (4 people) was bitten by mosquitoes all over their bodies for 6 days. A bit difficult with small children and my heart hurts, of course I went to a pharmacy for insect spray and ointment. That's why the holiday went so well....

Could be 10 stars,but needs a makeover.Structure on the beach 2 steps from the gut, ample paid parking on the front square, direct access to the private beach.Friendly and welcoming staff!

First experience in Residence went very well! Comfortable apartment, suitable for 2 people, river and mountain view. Courtesy of the staff and prompt resolution of any problems or requests. Large, quiet and clean beach, covered bar, open spaces for free use give the residence an added value. Parking in the close vicinity, very convenient location with the center of Pietra but also with services such as buses and supermarkets, reachable on foot or by car in a few minutes.We will absolutely be back!
