In the Restaurant of Hotel Posta, run by Ronco family, you will be greeted by informal and typical alpine environment, where you can taste typical local and national recipes. All our dishes are carefully prepared by the owner Erika where she recommend you taste the tagliatelle with chestnuts, chnéffléne fondue, deer with blueberries, the steak from the Aosta Valley and, to end the meal on a sweet note, a wide choice of homemade desserts, all accompanied by an extensive wine Aosta Valley and national.
Pastries, cakes, creams, jams are prepared strictly in house following traditional local recipes. The cheese are all produced locally by the family dairy.
