Booking Conditions

Reservations are made only "ON DEMAND" mode. This method requires that the reservation sent, must first be confirmed by the Hotel with a FOLLOWING email.
To receive confirmation of your booking you must then wait for the reply email from the Hotel. The Hotel is committed to communicating via email confirmation or waiver of this book in the shortest possible time.
The credit card number is only used as "guarantee" of the reservation. NO amount is charged to your credit card account, whose data are stored on a secure server. The entire amount of the reservation will be paid directly to the Hotel reception upon departure.

Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Missed cancellations and / or late cancellations a "No Show" (failure to arrive) fee will be charged.

Responsability

The user assumes full responsibility of the use of this booking procedure and the data included therein, thus relieving from any legal or civil liability this procedure. This include therefore also the tourist facility of destination from any claim or damage arising from loss of data entered of which guaranteeing the truthfulness. This include suspensions, interruptions or failures of this procedure or due to another operator and / or malfunction of the Internet to prevent or degrade the continuity and quality of this procedure.
